By accessing and using Parafunnel ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Parafunnel provides a multi-site funnel visualization dashboard that connects to Google Analytics 4 to help agencies monitor and analyze funnel performance across multiple client websites.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the authority to bind your organization to these terms
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and pricing. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for your selected subscription plan.

5. License and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Data and Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to your data. We will not use your data except to provide the Service or as required by law.

6.2 Google Analytics Integration

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect your Google Analytics accounts to our Service.

7. Service Level and Support

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Parafunnel and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Misuse the Service in a way that harms us or others

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARAFUNNEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parafunnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Parafunnel is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Parafunnel
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
